Terms
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Kiruru is a place to keep your notes and find out what is in them. You send a note, by the web page, by email or by Telegram, and Kiruru stores it, analyses it and shows you the threads between your notes.
Your notes are yours
You own your notes and the files you attach. Keeping them here gives us only what running the service needs: to store them, to process them as this page describes, and to show them back to you.
Other people's data
Do not store other people's data in Kiruru without their consent. What you write about someone else is still their information, and putting it here is your responsibility.
What you must not do
- Store or send unlawful content.
- Try to break the service, or to reach an account that isn't yours.
- Use the service in a way that stops other people using it.
Your data
The privacy policy says what is stored (your notes verbatim and the files you attach, and everything derived from them), who processes it (the AI model provider, the email provider, the hosting provider, the database provider and the file-storage provider), how long it is kept (notes and files for as long as your account exists; exports and import uploads for 7 days), that you can export everything at any time from Settings or the API, and that at launch deletion is by request: you ask, and the account and everything in it is deleted.
No warranty
At this stage the service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It may change, and it may be unavailable while it is worked on.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. When they do, the new version is posted here with a new date, and we give notice before it takes effect.
